ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, you seem to worried about your taste buds at the back of your tongue which are a normal part of your tongue. The more prominence of these can be because of infection of the throat and this gives a feeling while swallowing. Please use antiseptic gargles and take a proton pump inhibitor for few days. This should make these slightly less prominent and your problem should be over. Regards
