What Causes Bumps In The Vagina?

There seems to be with lump like bumps around the hole entering my vaginal area. As well as a pain throught out my left side. The pain isnt bad when i sit down but it does bother me a bit walking around feels like a period cramp but im not on my time of the month. It feel like it kind of hurts in my tubes too. Does this me i have like ovary cancer or like. Is this serious.

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I dont think this is related to any form of cancer but it may be sign of STD so you should do testing if you had recent intercourse. Also, it may indicate certain hormonal disorders or uterus fibroids. It would be good to do additional ultrasound and colposcopy if symptoms persist.
