What Causes Bumps In Perineum With Hard Stool Movements?

Starting in 7th grade I had trouble going number two. It really hurt and sometimes there was blood. Going 2 the bathroom was irregular. Then a couple years later I noticed a bump taking the space of my perineum. After some time the pain stopped but the bump is till there. The area itself doesn t hurt. Now I am 18 and still scared to go to the doctor. What do you think it is. What if I have sex?

Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM .
Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
IN the given situation of Yours, seem to suffer from-Peri-Anal lump with Resolved Infected Sentinel Piles with Fissure/ or external thrombosed piles .

History of blood sometimes with hurt-indicates fissure in ano.
The bump which is there now, is from the fibrosed external thrombosed piles/ or Sentinel piles with resolved infection in it lately.
No question of any anal/or normal -sex till the anal cause is investigated.
Other causes need to be ruled out by P/R examination and proctoscopic examination,by Consults with Surgeon.
Second opinion from Surgeon need to be taken to resolve these pains.
This plan would reduce your dilemma with perineal bump with constipated hard stools.
Hope this would help you to plan further of this complex illness of yours.
