Hello dear,
I understand your concern.A small bump above the browbone causing diffuse headache is clinically not logical, unless it is very tender,so that the pain due to tenderness ,is felt by you, transmitted to the whole head. However, with your description,it is apparently not tender. It's hard to understand that how could it build up pressure to cause a diffuse headache.I suggest you to visit a general surgeon so that he can examine this bump and advise you accordingly.Headache may not be associated and if it is troubling, please meet your physician to discuss with him the details of your headache.I hope it helps.
