I have a bump on my perineum that has been there for about 4 weeks now, and lately it seems to have gotten bigger.....it feels like it could be a pimple since it s soft and kind of squishy. I m just worried since it has gotten bigger and rounder and hasn t gone away yet. I am not sexually active and otherwise in good health. What could this possibly be? And should I be worried? I am female.
