my girl friend has a large growth on her upper inner thigh that I personally believe to be staph they poped up and she kept cutting them and this time her leg is swollen bigger than a baseball what should I do? it itchs and burns and makes her unable to walkb

You don't mention a size of lump and color of skin over it.
Staphylococcus infection may ruled out.
This infection spread and cellulitis may occurs .
