What Causes Bump In My Middle Back Next To Spine?

Hi I have a bump in my middle back next to spine I don t know what is but it feels like sore and I notice it after I started back up on my jogging cardiovascular work out but I did some running stair climbing and I notice it right after that could it be I pulled a muscle or lifted ssomething heavy help me out here ....

Hello, if the swelling is localised and paramedian, it could be a lipoma, a cold abscess, or an inlammatory swelling..i would adv you to consult an orthopedician for evaluation and investigations like FNAC for non-inflammatory swellings and appropriate management accordingly.
