What Causes Bulky Uterus?
Hi! I have bulky uterus measuring 13x5cm. mutiple intramural/ subserous myometrial mass lesion, largest measuring 21x22x17mm in the anterior myometrium and nabothian cycsts. Is this cause for concern? What treatment would be recommended for this? Will an operation be necessary?

The uterus is bulky due to presence of multiple intramural and sub-serous lesions probably fibroids.
Surgery may be required if fibroids are accompanied by complications like menorhagia, abdominal pain etc.
Surgery will depend on your age and whether you have completed your family or not.
