What Causes Bulge In Abdomen After Pressing?

hello when i press down on my lower left side of my abdomen i feel a bulge and it's painful, I havent been going to the bathroom as normal so I figure it is jst backed up waste, does that sound right? is there something i can do naturally to use the restroom and get it all out?

Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
* If there is obvious swelling visible over the body surface there is possibility
of Hernia clinically .
* If no obvious swelling outside the body surface & you feel the fullness inside
there are all possibilities of underlying ureteric calculus with back pressure
changes in kidney giving pain & dysuria .
* Ultrasound of Abdomen & pelvis is confirmatory for the same.
