What Causes Bruising On Foot And The Middle Two Toes?

Hi just wondering if bruising on foot, middle two toes, instep is something to be concerned about. It looks like I dropped a bowling ball onto my foot but I have not banged or injured it in any way that I can recall? Also have fallen arch and planters on same foot.

hi...this looks like a symptom due to compression of nerve branch between the 2 metatarsals ( condition called as Mortons metatarsalgia). In that case you will need an antiinflammatory and neuromodulator tablets. An orthopaedician's visit is recommended.
