What Causes Bruising In Inner Upper Arm?

I m 45 in fit shape and have a recurring bruise on my inner, upper right arm. I have recent left arm pain that has been determined by pinched vertebraes and a recurring skin rash (11 months) diagnosed as Grovers disease. What s the bruising about? please.

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are suffering from Grovers disease. Bruising is due to skin disease called Grovers disease. It is characterized by papules and papulovesicles with excoriations occurring on the chest, back, lower sternum, arms, and thighs. The papules are most commonly found on the mid chest. The most important thing about Grover's disease treatment is to remain cool. Outbreaks can be controlled with prescription strength topical cortisone creams. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
