Hello,

The most probable causes of unexplained bruises all across her upper arms are due to hits she might be experienced while having epileptic attacks. As she is anemic, it's much easier for her to get torn blood vessels ending up with bruises (hematoma).

The hard lumps beneath might be due to hematoma not healed properly. Apply alternating warm and cold compresses locally. Plus, apply heparin gel on the bruises to help disperse the accumulated blood.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
