What Causes Bruised Spot On The Bottom Of Foot And Headache?

Yesterday, suddenly, out of nowhere, I noticed that a spot on the bottom of my foot, just under my little toe, was sensitive to walk on, as if I had bruised it. I turned my foot over and it seemed bruised, then I looked at the side and top of my foot near my little toe and it was covered with a bruise. I did not injure myself. Also, up until yesterday morning for about 3 days I had been having a headache, that felt like sinusitis (with no mucous at all), and it finally went away. Other than having somewhat elevated hypertension, for which I take 12.5 mg of metoprolol, I am extremely healthy. What could this be?

Hello,

It's hard for me to say exactly what might be. However as you explain the other problems you have I don't think it is related to them. However it it became problematic to you you can see your doctor for further follow up if needed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
