Hi,

With fast A fib and signs of dizziness or low in energy you need to get a nearby ER visit to rule out any associated failure or circulatory compromise. Also if using any anti platelets or blood thinners, you need to get clotting profile or INR tested to rule out any coagulopathy causing the bruising as you mentioned. In any case no need to wait for the cardiologist as it can be emergency room indication and rate should be controlled and chemical or Ibuprofen pharmacological intervention, for rhythm controlled should be considered.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
