What Causes Bruise On Spine After A Seizure?

My son had a seizure around Thanksgiving, a few weeks later, I saw one small bruise around the spine and now another bruise is appearing above it. He is not in any pain but I am concerned because he has never had a bruise, especially on the back near the spine.

keep a close watch on its progression and also look for any other if it develops
i would like to know from you that
whats his age , any history of other illness like liver disease or a metabolic disorder
