What Causes Bruise And Fluid Around Knee After An Injury?

I fell over 3 weeks ago on both knees, I 41 years old and about 240lbs, the left knee bruised bad outwardly & now if feels squishy & like it has fluid on or around my knee, hot to touch & swells because I am on my feet 10 hours a day. I ice it & elevate it at night but it makes a sound when bend it

Thank you for the concern. As per history it seems to be hematoma around left knee joint. You have to consult Orthosurgeon , get x-ray of knee joint AP and Lateral view, if needed sonography of left knee and start painkillers. Also avoid long standing and put pillows beneath the left leg while you sleep.
