Hello
Thanks for query .

The brownish spots on penile shaft are Fordyce's Spots .These spots develop due to accumulation of sebum secreted by exocrine sebaceous glands located in abnormal position in the skin of the shaft of the penis .

Normally they fade away spontaneously and no treatment is required .

They are neither harmful or will increase in size and nothing to be worried about..

Maintaining a proper personal hygiene will help to prevent recurrence .
