What Causes Brown Vaginal Spotting During 6 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

hi am 6 weeks pregnant but experienced some bleeding on 2 different occasions.the blood is brown in color and a bit heavy. have been also experiencing excruciating pain on passing stools and urine and lower abdominal pains here and there.can this pregnancy be ectopic and how great is the risk because am currently out of town and can only see a doctor after 3 days from now?

Ectopic pregnancy is a possible complication of any pregnancy though it is more likely in certain situation eg previous surgeries, infections , abnormal structure of the tubes

It would be best to be assessed. Since you cannot see your regular doctor, you should see a doctor in an emergency center.
