General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with discharging blood clots after seeing your menses 2weeks ago I am suggesting you have developed an intermenstural bleeding caused by one of the following

Uterine fibroid
Endometriosis
Adenomyosis
Hormone inbalance

In view of this please do the following
Pelvic scan and a hormone profile test and see a gynecologist specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

I hope this helps Regards
