What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge While On Utovlan?
Hi I m on the Utovlan pill i was due to come on tomorrow and started taking the pill on Tuesday (3 days before) just now i noticed a browish discharge. Does this mean I will come on my period or is this normal to happen while taking the pill? Thanks

Mild spotting with brown discharge can occur with use of Hormonal pill.
If brown discharge continues than per speculum examination can be done and USG pelvis can be done.
It will help in rule out fibroid, inflammation condition, ovarian lesion etc if present
