What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge After Taking Azithromycin?

So I had been diagnosed with chlamydia and the dr prescribed me azithromycin. I took it yesterday now today Im having this brownish looking vaginal discharge. I had thought I was having a miscarriage the day before I found out I had it. Could it be from the medicine or could it be a miscarriage?

Hi, I think you should go for a ultrasound to see for the fetal well being. In pregnancy, brown discharge is not common. So, it should be evaluated. If ultrasound is normal, take strict bed rest. Hope I have answered your question.
