A brown vaginal discharge may be seen with the following causes - Infection Injury Hormone fluctuation Cyst discharge A discharge may be seen after a surgery because of the tissue healing and secreting any fluid that is leaking or removing itself because of the cut to the tissue. Dark brown color urine may be seen because the muscle breakdown produces myoglobin which is carried into the urine and has a dark brown color.
