What Causes Brown Vaginal Bleeding After Having Unsafe Sex?

Hey doctor? On last Mandy ma sister had unprotected sex and took some p2 Tuesday,,,then on Mandy tix week had sex again BT his boyfred used withdrawal method and yestOerday he failed the withdrawal and he poured inside ...after that she saw blood from her vagina and thoought they were periods....only to realise in the morng a brown,bloody substance in the pad...can she be pregnant???plx help

Hello dear,
Understand your concern.
I think it is due to hormonal imbalance as side effects of pill or trauma to genital tract

Following are the cause of your problem:
1. VAGINAL WALL TRAUMA or normal menstrual bleeding
2.Precancerous condition in cervix: Atrophied cervix get easily damage due to trauma and produce pinkish blood due to mixed with cervical mucus
3. Endo metrial dysplasia
4. Cervical polyp
5. Fibroids
6. Ovarian cyst
7. Side effects of p2 pills

So it might be a trauma to vaginal wall.
But if it will not respond you should consult with gynecologist to exclude precancerous condition and infection(STD: bacterial vaginosis an chlymadia)

Do the following test:
1. Pelvic examination
2. Pelvic USG
3. Hysteroscopy
4. Endometrial biopsy

You should maintain hygiene and keep vaginal area dry.
wash by using warm water with added salt.
Wear loose cotton underwear.
Take healthy diet
