What Causes Brown Urine In The Morning With Negative Pregnancy Result?

Hello doctor, i and my husband are trying to concieve. My period is now 6 days late. I had a home pregnancy test on the 1st day of my missed period but was negative. Past 2 days whenever i pee in the morning my urine is brownish in colour. Nd normal the whole day again. Am i pregnant or some other issue?

I understand your concern.
Passing of brown colour urine in the morning could be due to passing concentrated urine. It does not specify weather you are pregnant or not.
Since you have missed your periods, and present pregnancy test is negative, kindly wait for another 5 to 7 days to take up urine pregnancy test again.
It should be positive in case you have conceived or you should get your periods.
In case it is inconclusive, you canbget an ultrasound scan done and your blood tested for beta-hCG levels, which should give a clear picture.
