What Causes Brown Spot And Itching Sensation In Penis Opening?

Hello, I wanted to know if i may have an STD or just a fungal infection my penis head. right now i have a a gray/brown spot on the head where the urine comes out and it goes down to the corona. it feels pretty numb in that area like its not as sensitive as the pink area. also, the corona feels itchy after it rubs against clothing.
