What Causes Brown Rashes On The Chest?

Hello, I have had 2 spots on my chest that are kind of pink/brownish in color. They have been there for about 6 months to a year now. Recently I noticed that they are getting larger and another spot has appeared. There aren t any bumps or raised patches, no moles in that area. They do not hurt or itch at all. I have changed bras and laundry detergents. Is it something that I should be concerned about?
