What Causes Brown Penile Discharge With Frequent Urination?
My son is thirteen years old. He had a testicle that didn t want to drop as a toddler. It finally did, but not without some trouble. This may be completely irrelevant, but I thought it was worth mentioning. Anyway, he has recently been waking with an erection and a small amount of discharge in his underwear. My concern is that the discharge has been very dark brown, occasionally. I don t believe that this is normal and I m very alarmed. In addition, he has been having to urinate rather frequently. Again, I don t know if this is relevant, but thought I d mention it. What is happening? Do I need to be concerned?

It seems that he might be having undescended testicle and now it is in proper position.
Problem of having brown discharge and frequent urination might be due to having urinary tract infection or urethritis giving this problem.
go for routine urine check up for pus cells and blood cells.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Meanwhile give him plenty of water to flush out the infection.
Ok and take care.
