On the 19th of October I started have browning (sorry brown discharge) for over a week then had bleeding which I believe to be my period. I have had some times of breast discomfort which I sometimes get just before my period. I have had some days in which I have experienced a dull back pain, have not lifted anything so do not understand the reason but this morning I had a tugging feeling in my abdomen this morning. I am going for smear tomorrow but am frighten it is something serious.Thank you
