What Causes Brown Discharge From Nose With Headache?
my brother has a brown discharge that comes out of his left nostril, he also complains of a headache on the left side. and when he sneezes he sneezes blood. on some occasions he wakes up to find a thick white discharge on his pillow. ears are always stuffy. what could be the problem

friend your brother may have deviated nasal septum or nasal polyp, or rhinolith etc , I will suggest you should show your brother to an ENT Doctor . a diagnostic nasal endoscopy will be of great help in diagnosis . best of luck
