What Causes Brown And Pink Vaginal Spotting?

I ve been off of the depo shot for about 2months, usually I ll have a day or so of spotting then my menstrual cycle will continue. This time I ve been spotting for a few days but still no actual blood! Although it started with a small amount of red blood, only once, but since then jst a little spotting. (Brown/light pink) I have been sexually active, should I be concerned about pregnancy or jst wait for my cycle to continue?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Generally, when you are on Depo contraceptive, such menstrual disturbances like spotting before menstrual cycle or just spotting for few days and no periods happening or early and delayed periods are known to happen.
However, since you are sexually active and concerned about your pregnancy, you may wait for few more days for your periods to occur. If not, to clear your doubt, get your urine tested for pregnancy. If it is negative, then no need to worry much about it.
