What Causes Bright Yellow Urine?
77 year-old female is presenting. Recently had 2 surgeries...one a bilateral arterial graft & then a laparotomy for intestinal blockage. That was 6 months & 4 months respectively. Lately, my urine which had always been clear, is suddenly lemon colored.

Yellow color urine could be because of concentrated urine secondary to decreased fluid intake or dehydration or any liver condition like hepatitis. I advice you to get liver function test and urine analysis for confirmation.
