What Causes Bright Blue Flat Veins On Breasts?

Are bright blue flat veins anything to worry about? About 5 veins appeared a week ago out of no where. Not spider veins...On both breast and very light veins appeared on my chest/ shoulder area. I m on my period now & was hoping its hormonal.I m 44 years old & not pregnant. No pain but they are pretty bright & were never there before. I did start taking horse chestnut one month ago. Venestat 1200 mg a day. Could this be the cause? I also have implants above the muscle but have had them for 19 years with no problems.No other symptoms or medical problems.Thank you

Hi;

Your description of appearing veins on thoracic area may be an indicator for collateral veins suggesting increased venous congestion through superior caval vein. A chest X-ray along with physical examination may be needed.

May you recover soon
