HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Pneumonia is typically caused by a viral or bacterial infection of the lungs.

It would cause a cough, fever and lethargy (feeling tired) along with the shortness of breath. Chest pain may occur because of the coughing.

Shortness of breath can be due to conditions affecting the lungs, heart or systemic illnesses such as anemia, severe infections, anxiety.

If there is no cough/cold symptoms, then it is not likely that she has pneumonia and she would need to see her doctor to determine if there is another cause for her symptoms.

I hope this helps
