What Causes Breathlessness When On Ecosprin?
dr sahib , namskar my age is 50 is a heart patiance . i take depllet a 75 , avas 20 and cardace 5 with this dose i am fit and fine absolutly. but my dr change the medicine to ecosprin 150/20,repace h, amlong a with this dose i am feeling overbreath . is this one is possible or i can start my previous dose. my bp is130/90 & all the test rtf , lipid profile,& other tests are o k

1. Aspirin can precipitate certain kind of asthmatic episodes in susceptible individuals. But you were already receiving aspirin in Deplatt-A, although dose was half of Ecosprin AV.
2. There can be other reasons for your breathlessness and you must consult your cardiologist before changing any drug. You should never change your drugs on your own and must consult your doctors for same.
