Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. I dont think this is an allergic reaction and it definitely sounds to me like gastric regurgitation which may leat to pharingitis to aspiration and breathing difficulties with laringeal spasm or even pneumonia. This is described complications of GERD, gastritis or IBD. This is self limiting in most cases,but when it happns , you should take antiacid medications such as ranitidin, la with elevated upper body and have Flobian capsules or some other medications for bloating reducal. It should help immediately, In geenral, you should adjus your diet and avoid fried, spicy, and food that bloats including alcohol and coffee. ALso, probiotics may be beneficial as well.
