What Causes Breathing Problems With A High Pulse Beat?

Hi i have wpw syndrome...and feel like i cant breath right...my pulse is 101 but i cannot feel my heart beating when i put my hand over my chest..nor can i feel a pulse on my arm...only the pulse on my neck....could i just be having a panic attack....i took a lorazepam .5 mg about 40 mins ago and feel like my breathing is going back to normal...could it just be anxitey/panic...or could it be the wpw syndrome
