Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Difficulty in breathing in young people as you (22 years old male) should be further investigated as: • Respiratory function test and a good physical examination to rule out asthma or other respiratory problems • Cardiac tests: ECG, echocardiogram, stress test • Chest x-ray
Blue inhaler would relieve troubles breathing on spot, however, I am still thinking you should determine the right diagnosis to get treated accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Albana Sejdini
