What Causes Breathing Difficulty While Treating Ulcers In The Esophagus And Small Intestine?

I have Ulcers in my esophagus and small intestine. I am on omaprozole and am changing my diet not to irritate it. My question is I consistently have trouble breathing because of this. Is there any advice as far as helping breathing while going through this? When I was in the hospital I used a nebulizer twice a day which seems to offer temporary relief.
