General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, it needs to be evaluated by endoscopy and local esophageal causes of dysphagia should be ruled out. Manometry and barium swallow may also be needed. A detailed gastroenterologist review is a must. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
