What Causes Breathing Difficulty And Nausea?

My 14 year old daughter stayed home sick from school today. Apparently while she was ice skating yesterday, she was having episodes of labored breathing. No known issues till late last night. I think her stomach was a little off. This morning she was nauseas , thirsty and with periods of labored breathing. She still is not well and has no appetite. She is athletic and healthy normally.
