Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

With a past history of heart problems, you may be developing a heart failure. I will suggest you get to your cardiologist for evaluation. In the meantime, I will advise you just rest and avoid stress till you see the doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mbuomboh Veranso
