my son plays football and last night the coach made them run a significant amount. We are experiencing wildfires and the air was really, really bad. He came home complaining of difficulty breathing and now today says that symptom is accompanied by dizziness, nausea, muscle cramps in his legs, fatigue and headache. The breathing difficulty seemed to get better last night and has now gotten worse. Temperatures yesterday during football practice were probably mid to low 90 s.
