What Causes Breathing Difficulty After Holter Monitoring?

I am 21 and a women. Anyways, my doctor has done some holter monitoring stuff on me and my average BPM while resting is around 134. Lately I haven t been able to breath totally right either.What should I do and what does it mean? I used to be pretty healthy...

holter monitoring only indicate cardiac problem. it is not related to breathing problem.can be related to cardiac problem and subsiquentrelated breathing problem so the problem can be refereed to cardiologist for opinion and advise on treatment for all the problem.
