I am 356 years old and newly diagnosed with psoraitic polyarthritis. I had the Mirena IUD put in a little over a year ago and my breast have been swollen and sore since then. They are sore in the nipple area and up through the nodes. The nodes are also hard and swollen. When I squeeze my breast, a cloudy and sticky fluid comes out. Prednisone that I am taking for my arthritis seems to make them better but only if it is 20 mg. Could it be mamamry ductal ectasia caused by Mirena or from the over active immune system
