What Causes Breast Cancer Along With Osteoporosis?

Just how serious is this condition? I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, and at the same time, osteoporosis, and this leg problem. The cancer, on first exam, appears to be a contained lump, 1.8cm ductile, so treatment is expected to go quickly. Which of the others is the next thing to be concerned with?
