What Causes Breast Bruising Repeatedly?

A couple of months ago, when I was getting dressed I noticed there was a bruise, the size of a nickel on the lower part of my right breast. It went away. A couple of days ago, I noticed I have another bruise on the bottom inside of my left breast. Does this mean anything? Or could I just be bumping into things. thx
