What Causes Bowel Movement Of Baby Every Time After Feeding?

My baby is four months old.he passes stool after every feed.Color of stool is both green and yellow in paste form and in the end liquidy.Pl suggest what is to be done.is it normal or kindly suggest some drops for the infant.

Also, what shd be the frequency of the stool in a day for baby of this age?

Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic.

By what you quote I feel it is gastrocolic reflex and is quite common in young infants...this is passing of stools after every feed. I will tell you the danger signs when you need to worry. Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry.
