Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My wife is complaining of pain in her anal area. She does not describe it as a muscle spasm, just an irritating pain. She also says after she urinates then she leaks a small amount of feces. We have seen a trace amount of blood on the toilet paper, no mucus or other liquid. She is not experiencing constipation. What might be causing this really irritating pain for her?
Hi, Thanks for writing your query. After reading your post, it seems that she might be having anal fissure. I would advise that she should be clinically examined by an anorectal surgeon. I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query,I will be happy to help. Regards. Thanks.
