What Causes Bouts Of Fainting Spells Along With Loss Of Memory?

Hi. I am a 27 year old female that lost my peripheral vision in my left eye for about 30 minutes. This happened last year. So after that happened I got a huge migraine on the right side of my head. I took Tylenol and it went away. The following week I started having a light whistle sound in my ears which never went away. I also started waking up with numbness in my legs which would go away after a few minutes. I have noticed my memory getting worse and also had an episode of fainting a couple months ago. I also get feelings of almost fainting from time to time especially when I get up from sitting crosse legged. Can you please give me an answer to what might be wrong with me? Thank you!
