What Causes Boils Under The Arms?

Hi. I have a soft, lumpy spot on left underarm that comes and goes...I have had some episodes of having boils caused by ingrown hairs. It is tender to the touch when I press on it, but otherwise causes no pain or discomfort. Should I have it seen ordoI wait for it to go away? I cannot actually tell how long I ve had it this time...

hi.welcome to healthcare magic.i understand your problem.you have folliculitis.my opinion is that,
1.apply fusiderm ointment twice daily over the lesion for 7 days.
2.take analgesics like ibuprofen tablets twice daily for 7 days to control pain.
3.dont squeeze the lesions.
4.maintain good hygiene.
